IT DOES TAKE TWO PEOPLE TO COMPLETELY PUT TOGETHER AND ATTACH TO DECKING. IT WENT TOGETHER VERY WELL. WE WERE VERY IMPRESS WITH THE STRUCTURE STABILITY AND RECEIVED MANY COMPLEMENTS FROM NEIGHBORS. THE SUNCAST 10FT GAZEBO STANDS OUT AS WHAT APPEARS TO HAVE COST MUCH MORE. WE ARE THRILLED WITH OUR PURCHASE. IT WAS A GOOD DEAL FOR AN OUTSTANDING PRODUCT. 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful  Gazebo, September 8, 2008 This review is from: Suncast 10 Foot Gazebo (Lawn & Patio) Gazebo actually arrived quite quickly to our home. Came on a big pallet. With two men and myself it took all day to assemble. We unpacked, layed out parts and took turns assembly line style to complete. We had a pre existing cement pad to attach to and it took us about 10 hours to put together an all day project. We had to tweak the instructions a bit by using a pvc glue for some of the screws but it looks very nice in the yard. We live in a hot climate and have noticed some fading for the plastic roof shingles to a dingy gray but other than that it is in good shape after about 6 mths. We get high east winds and it is still standing. We have a rattan sofa, two chairs and a coffee table inside and it fits nicely. All you do is spray it off with the hose when it gets dusty. We added a weather vane on top and it looks pretty cool. Would recommend purchasing if you want a low maintenance gazebo. Much cheaper and easier to maintain than wood.
